- Usage data: IP address, browser type, general pages viewed on our site, device type, and similar diagnostic information used to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Payment-related information: payments are typically completed via UPI in your own banking app. We do not store full card numbers on our web servers; your bank or UPI app processes the transaction under their own security standards. We may receive limited confirmation details (such as reference IDs) needed to match your payment to an order.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfil your orders (including pickup slots and delivery coordination).
- Improve our website, products, and customer experience.
- Respond to customer service enquiries on phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Send occasional updates about festivals, offers, or shop news when you have agreed, or for short service messages we reasonably need to send; you can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers when needed to operate our business—for example payment systems (UPI / banks), messaging platforms (WhatsApp), website hosting, or delivery partners you have agreed to use. Those parties process data under their own policies and only as far as needed to help us serve you.

5. Data security and retention
We take reasonable, industry-aligned steps to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely risk-free. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please never share OTPs, UPI PINs, or passwords with anyone claiming to represent our shop.
We keep order and communication records only as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting, tax, and sorting out serious disagreements about orders or payments, then delete or anonymise data where we reasonably can.
6. Children and family orders
Our sweets and snacks are family products. Parents or guardians should place orders on behalf of children. We do not knowingly run marketing aimed only at children, and we do not ask children to share personal details on their own.
7. Your choices and requests
In line with common practice for small retailers in India, you can ask us to:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, where that is practical alongside running the shop and keeping required business records (for example tax or order-history records).
