Preparation time
Most orders are ready within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Bulk or festival orders may take longer and we will let you know on WhatsApp.
How you get your order
- Every online order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout, anywhere in India.
- Want to pick up in person at G. Mamidada instead? Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
Packing & delivery charges
Every order includes a flat packing charge to cover boxes and secure packaging. Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Orders delivered within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have lower delivery charges than orders delivered to the rest of India.
Both charges are shown at checkout before you pay, in addition to the item price. There is no GST or any other hidden fee — the amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.
Fresh products
Sweets and snacks are fresh and perishable. Please collect or accept delivery promptly and store them correctly. Once handed over, storage is your responsibility.
Problems with your order
