We may correct typographical errors, omissions, or system glitches—including product details, prices, pack sizes, or availability—and may refuse or cancel an order where an offer was clearly mistaken and correcting it would be fair to both sides.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, weights, or offers without prior notice; the price and charges confirmed in writing or WhatsApp when we accept your order will apply.
Some items may be out of stock or seasonal. Where practical, we may suggest a substitute or refund that line item if you agree.
Orders and payment
Submitting details on the order page does not by itself finalise a sale. Your order is treated as confirmed when we accept it and you complete payment as agreed (typically via UPI in your own banking app).
- By confirming an order, you agree to pay the total amount communicated to you, including applicable taxes and any pickup, local, or courier charges quoted before you pay.
- Payments are processed through your bank or UPI app; we do not store full card numbers on our web servers. We may retain limited references (such as UPI transaction IDs) needed to match payments to orders, as described in our Privacy policy.
- You are responsible for accurate contact numbers, pickup or delivery address, PIN code, and any access instructions. Delays or failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete information are not attributable to us, though we will try to assist where reasonable.
Delivery and handover
We fulfil orders by store pickup, local coordination, or India courier as described when you order. Processing times, methods, charges, and estimated transit are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery or pickup dates are estimates only and may be affected by festivals, weather, carrier capacity, or events outside our reasonable control.
Once goods are handed to you, your nominee, or a carrier as agreed, risk of loss or deterioration from delay, heat, or mishandling generally passes in line with that policy.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Because our products are fresh and perishable, returns and exchanges work differently from general e‑commerce. Cancellations, refunds, quality issues, and time limits are explained in our Cancellation & refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Health, allergens, and food safety
Our products may contain milk, nuts, wheat, and other allergens. If you have dietary restrictions or medical conditions affected by food, ask us before ordering. We work to maintain hygiene in our kitchen suitable for a small food business, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment for any batch or product.
Indirect losses we cannot take on
As a small food shop, we cannot take responsibility for indirect or follow-on losses (for example lost profits, lost data, or disruption to your business) that might be linked to using this website or buying from us. Where we agree a refund or replacement is appropriate under our Cancellation & refund policy, we will try to resolve the matter fairly when you contact us in time with reasonable details.
